To follow yesterday's message, subject "can someone help"....
I also tried doing a factory reset on my receiver and still get the same message when I try to start the download..........

Does anyone know what to do???

First the loader your useing have you loaded a bin with it in the past and second do you have another port on your computer you can use

Yes i have always used this loader in the past and no my comp does not have a serial port so I have to use the usb slot in the front. The loader always worked on port three and never any others but now none of them work. Any idea?

Well i never had any luck with the usb to serial adaptors i have used them in past and ended up putting them in trash.
