Sirius Programming Deadline Extended, SES Supports MTV Brasil

Sirius XM Radio had until Nov. 28 to lease 4 percent of its channel capacity to qualified third parties. But the Media Bureau at the Federal Communications Commission this week extended that deadline to Feb. 27 --- SES New Skies said Grupo Abril, a diversified media groups in Latin America, has launched MTV Brasil on the NSS-806 satellite.
