What is the best LCD monitor that can work with a laptop and a xbox 360?

I have an ibook G4 and want to get a LCD Monitor preferably 22 inches or 23 inches or above that can work with my laptop and xbox 360. Also it should be in the $200 to $400 range. Which is the best one? Thanks!
