Wizards, Philly, get top NBA draft slots

NEW YORK, (UPI) -- The Washington Wizards won the top selection in the 2010 NBA Draft and are expected to take Kentucky freshman John Wall or Ohio State's Evan Turner.

Philadelphia drew the second-place slot and will likely take either Turner or Wall when the draft takes place June 24.

The New Jersey Nets, who limped in with the worst record in the NBA regular season, drew the third sport.

The lottery rankings were rounded out by No. 4 Minnesota, No. 5 Sacramento, No. 6 Golden State, No. 7 Detroit, the No. 8 Los Angeles Clippers, No. 9 Utah, No. 10 Indiana, No. 11 New Orleans, No. 12 Memphis, No. 13 Toronto and No. 14 Houston.
