Hey chs have you tryed to set your box manualy yet if you do try these numbers for the Nano2 setup and is the proper way to set up serial
Network Settings - Manual
ip address - 192.168. 0.178 ( EXAMPLE) you put the #'s in push the OK button to save the #'s
subnet mask - 225.255.255.0, after you put the #'s in push the OK button to save the #'s
Gateway - 192.168.0.1, after you put the #'s in push the OK button to save the #'s
DNS - 192.168.0.1, after you put the #'s in push the OK button to save the #'s
hit apply and leave it on manuel exit out
then go to reg. apply if failed that OK Exit all out and put on a channel I like 189
then turn off at the switch in the back wait 10 sec. then on and walk away,,
after an hour go up 1 channel and then right back down too channel 189

this will work for every IKS box...
