Enter 8282 with remote as if choosing channel to open CAS Menu.
Use volume up and down button on remote to scroll to Nagravision Provider Id.
Use channel up and down button on remote to scroll to different Key Slot IDs and Key Slots.
Enter the keys.
(Use the Info button for letters A-F . Press it once for A , twice for B , Etc and channel number key pad for number entries Or you can press OK and it will open a Keyboard selection type menu to enter keys.)
When key change is complete, Press Exit and confirm key change save.

Press Advanced
Then press 1234
Choose Nagravision
Enter Keys (see sample above)
Exit and Save

I have a Coolsat 6000 Premium. I can't access my keys. I can't get my remote to work as you discribe it. 8282 does nothing but default back to the channel that it was on previously. Mute and Exit also does nothing. Any other ways to try?

my CS6000 has the same problem. all frozed. i've tried unplug it, and the reciever does'nt respond. i thing they've sent a bullet to it. our reciever is shot!
should we get a new one?

try uploading the default 120 bin, then the 16X.bin file, that should put u through 8282,

what is a default 120 bin? how can i download anything while the reciever is frozed?

o sh!t ,, then i think u have to NAVRAm clear it... and upload everything and scan and save ur dish settings and try them from scratch...
does the screen go BLUE? when it frozen? you hold the UP button infront of reciever, and the power button for 5 secs, this blue screen will come up,, somewhere it says NAVRAM clear..click on dat and it will delete any bug, or errors or anything thats screwing up ur system, u start as if u just baught it..no channels nothing, ( it still remembers ur passwords n stuff)....
