If you have problems your receiver and a factory default isn't clearing it up, clearing the NVRAM can sometimes help.
* Make sure the receiver is powered on, but in standby mode.
* Press and hold the channel up button on the front of the receiver and then press the power button.
* Use the remote to move to NVRAM and press OK to clear.
Note: Make sure you save your current details on a piece of paper for future loadings,
then load up the factory bin file, and then the latest .Bin file 16X etc...
