You will need to download 7-Zip to extract bin from V195.rar.
I have now posted the Zip version of V195.
Note V195 is a good file! However there seems to be a problem with V193 or the new ECM knocking out USB memory sticks. Just buy a new one for $5. Load V195 and the C7000 works fine. (I heard DN is sending out new cards to there customers.) You can always use the RS-232 Serial Cable or manually input the key codes from 8282 ... although have never done it myself.
