What brands of motherboard should I be looking at to go with a Intel Core i7-970 CPU?

The book I'm using to build my own gaming computer was published in 2006, so its behind on the times. Can anyone point me in the right direction of which brands are offering the most reliable motherboards that are compatible with a Intel Core i7-970 CPU? I'm not worried about slot count currently, just looking to start some research but I'm not sure where to start. Thanks much .
