No, in fact, that's probably impossible. The Core i7 is probably not going to be your processor of choice anyways. That said, I must explain myself. The Core i7, regardless of Extreme or not, is a power hungry, hot-running processor. Asking for one in a handheld, paper-size device is like asking for a V12 in a Mini Cooper. Ain't gonna happen. The best you'll get is a Core 2 Duo or Core i3/i5, nothing more can fit decently in such a small device. If you want Apple, go for the Dual-Xeon Mac Pro, that's the only Apple product offering server-level capabilities. Otherwise, it's off your preference.
