How to overclock a Gateway GM5664 AMD Phenom (no programs)?

I want to know how to overclock a Gateway GM5664 AMD Phenom 9600 Quad Core Processor computer without programs. The bios my computer has is Phoenix Technology Award Bios Setting and I've been looking in it to change the voltage, but I can't seem to find where to change it.

companies disable a lot of features in the bios. you need to increase the front side bus frequency, upping the voltage allows the fsb to be increased more but cuts down how long the processor will last. increase both slowly or you'll fry your cpu.
