there is a cs progrem that works it some have it up now from what i remember this was the start, of better to come, the progrem is sbcl 1.16 / emunation-sc it going to take me time cause i'm not no where good as wizzard or face, or 1 of our other talents home here.
i copy and paste this from some other place to show that it out there but it's a little out league i did this before myself but it's been years i just for got i hope that someone will look into this and post the help to get other on the road thanks all

SBCL acts like a card server and uses emunation as the cam.
Refer to the readme for instructions on how to get in going.
Note: I found the configuration changes to work better through Rqcamd WebIf (your db ip:668). Change Provider to 0101, choose Newcamd Protocol Cardserver as Decoder type and change the card server address in Card Server URL's.
