New 221A private file for DM100 V1 and V2

I have a trial for db100 I loaded the file above did factory reset then followed the steps for privat. i get the channels not working what I am doin wrong.

any body can help please what file should i load 221 doest work for me it that for private or public. which one is working right now. thanks
