Official Opencam Release 2.0.18

- Map 38
- Some prior functionality still needs to be enabled - will be done once it can be tested (e.g. CRC and DES)
- Improvements still forthcoming on logging and debug output - the code is somewhere in the middle right now.
- I think it has a very slow memory leak - runs for several days without issue, but still needs resolution
