new fix

when I put the new fix on my viewsat UL 2000 it only says reading file and then stops, this seems to always happen with a file that has PGM as the file type I have used other files with PEC after them and there is no problem the receiver just shuts off and restarts. What am I doing wrong? HELP

Make sure file is unzipped & if it is sometimes you have to shut off then on from back to reset it give it a try .....
