Need help to get channels!

GUYS,
I don't know anything about dn setup or fix. I had a guy set up dn in my house. It was viewsat ultra lite. I get pretty much all the channels like hbo, cinemax etc.. He also put a separate dish "FORTECH STAR" for asian channels.But this dish is not hook up with with any cables another way not connected with the box. I think it's not in right direction either. I can't get hold of that guy any more.
My question is, how can I hook up this dish with viewsat ultra lite and watch asian channels? Like I said, I didn't know anything about how to set up or I don't have any tools either.
I would appreciate your help.

thanks for all the info.
i connected the other dish (for asian channels) to the box and i get signals around 68 to 74. but no quality at all. i even take out the dish from the mount and moved right toi left, no luck at all. i didn't see any movement on the quality.
what am i doing wrong?
