HF HD Loaded latest transp..Bin (BUT!)

I loaded the latest trans... bin on to a usb. inserted into front slot tried to upgrade S/W but the file is not showing up help!I also tried the file by it's self on the usb with no folders on the usb nothing shows up in the upgrade S/W again!Formated it on the STB then added a folder on the USB named it NFHD still doesn't see it when trying to upgrade S/W! Any suggestions i'm running out of ideas!

Did you unzip the file before you copied it onto your usb.
Does the file have the correct filename extension.

yes i unziped the file before copying it to the USB.I pretty sure it was is the right Bin,this was the transponder update "nf-hd-transponders-130710.bin"

i opened this file loaded on usb put into my receiver made sure to go to installation then storage then selected front usb port then went to upgrade s/w and it worked ..cheers
