Anyone can make/use any software they want. I will put this out to your thinking though.
They are hackers who has violated many sites and peoples computers. The software used to make the cnx project and cnx construct are the same and very easy to use it to take over any computer its ran on.
It comes down to whom you trust more hackers that hack anything or a site that doesn't approve of such things.
CNX Construct is apart of this site and tied to cnxsat. so choose either or neither. Just figured I would give you a heads up.
