Need help!

Ok this is what my settings look like......i get no service or scrambled.....
I downloaded the new fix 1.45p i have a sonicview 360 elite
tuner 1

connection....seperate
lbn type......ocs-dp
lbn frequency.....11250
22khz....on
lbn....on
transponder....12224
search option.....all
network search.....on
diseqc......port 3
motor......disable
legacy switch.....off

settings to the second sat

im getting absolutely no signal from tuner 2......i have dish 500
please help me!thanx in advance.....
