This is the Roof Entry version, of The Bureau Raid mission:

This version requires no setup missions.
Drive to the Darnell Brothers garment factory in La Mesa and watch the cut scene.
Now jump in the car and head to the NOOSE building.
Drive up to the way point.
You will be piloting the first leg of the trip. Head for the yellow circle in the sky.
Now parachute to the roof of the FIB building. Aim for the large yellow circle in the center of the building.
Once you're inside, go to the communications room plant a Sticky Bomb and blow the door.
Now go in to the room and approach the computer.
Click My Computer > External Device > and then HackConnect.exe.
Now match the top red numbers with the bottom section numbers. The best way to do this, is to just look for the first 4 numbers.
Next run BruteForce.exe. All you need to do is stop the red numbers when they are in the middle.
Finally, execute Down&Out.exe.
Now defend your position until the files are copied. Do the usual, cover and shoot.
Once it's completed, escape the FIB building.
In the next few rooms, do the usual, cover, shoot, and move when clear.
If you chose a good hacker, they will disable the sprinklers improving visibility, other wise keep a close eye on your mini map.
The red dots indicate the enemy locations.
Now quickly rappel down the side of the building and take cover immediately at the bottom.
Take out the chopper with Michael's special ability, aim for the cockpit.
Now rappel down the next section of the building.
Take cover immediately at the bottom and shoot your way to the road.
Make sure all the remaining enemies are taken out or your team will not follow you.
If you picked an expensive driver, they will be waiting for you, otherwise you will have to wait and you will get a wanted level.
Finally, drive to Franklin's house, watch the cut scene and the mission ends.
To get gold:
- No Innocents - Don't kill any civilians during the mission. If they don't have a gun, don't shoot them.
- Headshots - Kill 20 enemies with headshots. Plenty of opportunities while waiting for the files to copy.
- Accuracy - Finish the mission with a shooting accuracy of at least 70%. Use your auto aim.
- Hacker - Hack the system in 45 seconds. Get a good hacker, however this is much easier once you know what you're doing.
- Mission Time - Complete the mission within 19 minutes. Get a good driver to avoid the wanted level.
- Perfect Drop - Land perfectly on the main section of the roof. Land directly in the center of the FIB building roof.
