    I-Link 9000 + won't take factory file

    been using this box for awhile and stopped working during the holidays. I've tried to download a factory file to get it back to a fresh start . But all the factory files I try and use say cannot upgrade. I've ran out of solutions and not sure what left to do?

    have you tried serial port and right loader
