How can I add speakers to an LCD monitor?

Currently, my LCD monitor has no speakers. It has a VGA and DVI connection. I was going to connect an xbox to it with an HDMI to DVI connection but I was wondering how I would get sound. Any ideas? The only one I can think of using is Turtle Beach headsets to play sound through there but any other ways would help.

You can't just add speakers to an LCD unless it's specifically built for it. Use a different audio output or run the HDMI through an audio receiver first.

Most monitors only carry video information. Get your sound directly from the XBox or from your computer.

If you're using HDMI to DVI connection for your XBox, you'll need to use that little audio adapter thing that plugs into the other video port (not the HDMI port, but the other, larger one you'd use for the component video cable) for audio output to a pair of speakers or surround set.
