hello how is everybody im new to this hobby and i got a viewsat platinum lite and i got signal and quality and got lots of channels downloaded and i did a factory default but it says no video and no audio now the autoroll is on all but dont show anywhere to tell if its working and i cant get this box to download a file one please help how do i get this box to take a file i got the loader 2 and current files just keeps resending
