when I purchase the nano premium, it come with a 4 to 1 Diseqc Switch, now I just connect one lnb to it, should I connect all 3 cables to it?

I think that has a built in switch, do not use the switch that came with the unit, just run one coax from the dish (left side outlet) to the receiver. Use port 1 for 119 and port 2 for 110 sat. You need to find the 110 sat first or else it is very dificult to get both sats. You can't get a signal and quality on the 12224 TP on the 119 sat, so when checking that sat use the 12399 or higher TP.

on the left LNB, there are two ports, on the right LNB there is only one port, which port I should use to connect coax cable? left middle or right?

Doesn't matter, just do the search from where it starts...in the menu sat setup, click onto search there for each sat, don't worry what TP is showing...

mine to you have to go to new sat and put in 12399tp i believe and you will get signal for 110 and 119 will show up 2 fishing around there

seems when i download file and send tozip folder then try to xtract files the orignal 2 files the downloaded 1 and the zip have their size but the xtracted file has no file size beside it i think this is my prob any sugg help pls
