As the title states do not reboot your receiver or you will be stuck with "OFF SERVICE" the network will show as connected. This is a problem with users rebooting there receivers and not being able to reconnect to the server. This has apparently been reported and has been happening since as early as Friday.

I just can't figure it out. Ive tried waldo's way my way and its working like or at least the modem looks like it always did when it was working. With no computers running except for the premium. Seems like he's been trying to kock out the ethernet port for the last couple of weeks, so if it says not connected, just look at the back and make sure u see the yellow or amber light is on...... it must be on. I've tried using usb and tried the recovery loader and they all work and although the modem acts like it is working..... just can't get no Video. Could be it has to do with locations and it seems the nano2 did the same thing. I know if they don't do something by Friday may be to late because he's always put ecm's in the stream on that day going back 10 years at least. Well thanks for the help guys you've been great.

ok here is waldo's method
1.load 9.10 factory
2.load 1.03 bin
3.load 1.04 bin
and that's it.
well its not easy to explain to the laymen but the difference is between system upgrade and boot loader upgrade the circuit board inside our boxes is a very high tech deal. they have chips which bl upgrades and system upgrades are 2 different chips so when i got my box i had factory 9.12 already installed so all i had to do is put the 1.03 bin on it but after clicking on it said boot loader upgrade only... the only choice i had was to go ahead and install it and it worked for a while, then the 1.04 came and that one let me do a system upgrade....and that worked far a while. Iam not saying anything against my friends but I believe the premium has come to an end. I hope iam wrong just like u guys and its also possible it just may be that i got a bum box i sure hope iam wrong sincerely. Thanks again 4 all who where helping.
