Hi Guys,

The interruption we had yesterday, Tuesday, was due to failure at the data center from our service provider. On our side, maintenance was provided last Monday and both freezing and downtime has been taken care of, however we want to clarify the following: the one receiver that can face problems with freezing is the Nfusion, this is due to the fact that the software is European and it disconnects from the server within 3 seconds if the receiver has not received the response of a requirement requested. Under normal circumstance, any receiver, waits for a response within a period of 15 seconds, if this does not occur, the equipment will disconnect resulting in "freezing". Thus, for the reason, explained above, it is virtually impossible to avoid "freezing" with Nfusion receivers.
We have tried to resolve this situation through all possible means by reducing the time of response from the server and at the present time it is less than 1 second, but when you have a system that uses the internet as a mean of response, it is impossible to guarantee a client who has an Nfusion receiver, that it will not freeze

We regret this situation which is out of our hands. If you wish to continue watching TV without interruption and freezing, and it is within your means, we recomend you acquirer a new receiver that has the option of private server, like many that are available in the market. However, we strongly recomend NOT to purchase Nfusion because it is not the best investment

thanks for all, NFPS Team
