2 questions:
My new digs have the western sky totally blocked, but a neighbor has a DN dish declaring itelf to be 'HD' aimed at 135 and the installer said the other was at 159 azimuth. I looked them up and I believe they are E4 at 61.5 and 77. Will the NFPS cover a dish aimed there? Am I fretting over nothing?

And is the trial offered in 2010 closed now, or is it ongoing? Thanks.

I may have posed the question wrong.

I'll try again. Is the server only useful on 110/119, or are the other sats serviced also?

Thanks,

If you don't have a HD reviver you can't get 135 only 110/119.

The trial seems closed now I can't get it to work....

I hope this helps :)

OOPS! Sorry I took so long.

Usually if you don't get a response it's because you should have found this yourself. I went on a search and found at least a partial answer on the rocket. Their PS includes the sat at 61.5. I'm still looking for the NFPS info.

I've also found there is no E-IV any longer, it's now E-XV (E15?) but it the same stuff. I read the FAQs on rocket to glean this much. Don't know if I'll find similar info on NFPS. They may have all they can say grace over. Is it possible to find a competition here?

I'm surprised to find this thread still open. I'll update it.

I found 61.5/72.7 and got pretty good signal from both. I made a donation to iksprivateserver on in the last week of Oct and got the numbers the next day. 2 days later they went down on 61.5/72.7 and still are.

My question now is: Is Rocket the same private server? If it is not, does it have the HD channels up on 61.5 and 72.7? I am thinking about making a donation to Rocket if they are up.

Thanks,

No they are not. But to confuse you even more Akai Japan Private has as one of their packages free (you still pay for it) Rocket and NFPS as back ups.
