Teens arrested for flashing breasts
PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla., The sheriff of a Florida county said he arrested two 15-year-old girls, who were exposing their breasts to motorists, and a man who took a picture of the girls.
Charlotte County Sheriff Bill Cameron said he was driving to various locations for appearances as part of the National Night Out event Tuesday when he spotted the girls flashing their breasts at cars traveling on State Road 776 in Port Charlotte, The (Fort Myers, Fla.) News Press reported Friday.
Cameron said he pulled into a nearby gas station, where he witnessed Robert Lee Blevins, 33, using his cellphone to take a picture of the girls showing their breasts.
Blevins was charged with a felony count of possessing photographs of sexual performance by a child and a misdemeanor count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was released after posting $3,500 bond.
The sheriff said the girls were charged with indecent exposure in public/exposure of sexual organs and released into the custody of their parents.
