    If I'm seeing correctly in the pics, it looks like things might be hooked up wrong. If that's a coaxial cable hooked into the back of the TV, you need to switch where it's hooked up to the receiver.
    The cable from the dish to the receiver, should be plugged into the top right (and it looks like it is), and the cable going from the receiver to the TV needs to be plugged into the bottom left.
    If that doesn't work there is a new bin file Here. Please try loading it and let us know what happens.

    HURRAY I have a picture Here is what I got ....What do I need to do Now.....I loaded that api 205 file you cave me but the loader was for a clone did that matter? Mine is not a clone and all it did was put running lights on my reciever...no counting.

    Glad to hear you finally have a picture!
    The file was for clone and not clone pansat, so that's fine, nothing wrong there.
    It looks like you need to select your satellites. Your using DN? If you are, you need to select Echostar 7 and Echostar 6,8. Then, if you don't have channels, you need to go into the menu and select Blind Scan. Make sure you scan both satellites (7 & 6,8).
