okay to start I am not asking this question due to a lack of understanding but maybee I am missing something.I tried the b75 upgrade it didnt work I tried a old bin pre dec 2006 that didnt work now I am looking for factory bin 115 with no luck . In the end all I get is flashing green light across my receiver (pansat 2700 a ) any help would be appreciated thanks

Try these steps:
1) Plug your receiver in and get it ready to program.
2) Get the your loader up and ready with the latest bin file. DO NOT load it yet (your receiver should be off)
3) Flick the switch in the back of your receiver at the exact same time click "download" or "Write Bin" depending on your loader.
If this don't work and you still need the 115 bin I will dig it up for you.
