Thread: satellite scan problems

  1. #1

    satellite scan problems

    Receiver: Pansat 2700A
Want to get: Internation Channels EchoStar 61.5

I have been using this receiver for a few months and it has been working. I added the usual bin files for autoroll.

When I performed this last Boot 75 upgrade, I clicked the Factory Settings and it erased all my channels. I then loaded the Boot 75 file and the latest bin 120 file.

When I go to configure my satellites, selected Echo 3/Ku, and entered the following settings:

    LNB FREQ - 11250
    22KHZ - OFF
DISEQC - OFF (i have no switch)
    SKEW -
    TP -
    POSITI SET - Disable
    Satellite Scan - ALL

When I change the TP, I see the quality and signal being > 80%. When I click 'Ok' to save and 'Exit' to scan satellites for the list of channels, it saves the TP back to 1 (which has no quality).

I have tried to Scan Satellites, Scan TP, Advance Scan, and it tries and goes up to like 18%, but doesn't go all the way.

What am I doing wrong?...sorry for the long message, but had to be clear. Thank you very much for any help.

i then loaded the new b75 boot and bin...so just reboot to the old and try again.
