hi guys.
I want to know if pansat 2700a is working or if dishnetwork is up. I dowload bin 217 for my receiver, I'm on 110 and 119 west but my receiver keeps showing scramble channel. my recivr was working fine but I had to unplugeed and now is showing scramble channel. help!!!!!!!!
