waiting for keys?

I got a pansat 2700a cloned receiver from a friend to try and fix. It had no power to the unit so I had to j tag it to revive it. I then put the B75 upgrade on it and then programmed it with the new bin C-safe 217/ tivo. All i am getting is waiting for keys. Signal on 110 and 119 are strong. Any ideas. I have never programmed a clone receiver before.

Turn off autoroll and enter keys manually.

tried that and then all i get is scrambled or bad channel

any ideas would help

Did you verify that the keys were entered correctly? And the diseqc is set properly?

Yes. I just noticed I am getting all the dish advertising channel. (channel 100,101,103etc)
