need help for pansat 2700

Hi
This is my 1 time i am posting so sorry if i posted wrong place
I have pansat 2700
and i donwload the file and put in my reciever and it write the bin prefect
but i i connect to the tv it say language english and it doesnt go forther
i cant even select the english and and when i press select english i doesnt
go forther
so some1 plz help me
