is N3 really cracked?

I received an email from another site saying N3 was cracked as of August 19th. was wondering if it's true, and if anybody knows if there is a file for the Pansat 2700a yet?

N3 just wait till the it appears on your fta site and then go, don't go for any scams out is not released yet

Well considering the post is 8 months old ----and still No N3 stand alone bin released , one must now assume that anyone offering a stand alone N3 fix is scamming. LOL
