How can I make a music video on YouTube with pictures?

I wish to create a music video on YouTube with quite a few photographs can I make this happen without having to downloading anything?

Webcam music in the background and an YouTube account or you could download hypercam to do this:

Another way would be to use MS Powerpoint and add pictures and music and save as the dat file and upload to YouTube.

Windows movie maker included on most Windows OSes create your video save it as a wmv then upload YouTube.

If you have a Mac, you can use iMovie.
