Wizzard's new york style chicken wing dip

WIZZARD'S NEW YORK STYLE CHICKEN WING DIP

Hot sauce:

1/2 melted butter
1/2 Franks red hot
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3-4 large chicken breasts
home made hot sauce (see above)
2 packages of cream cheese
1/2 cup blue cheese (or to taste)

Boil chicken on stove top (takes about 20-30 minutes) or until chicken in white all the way through.

Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Drain pan and then shred chicken. Put chicken, hot sauce and blue cheese in meatloaf pan. Mix well. Add cream cheese (its really difficult to mix hard cream cheese so i just put mine on top until melted). Stick it in the oven and bake for 30 minutes, stirring every 10.

I enjoy it with corn chips but it would also be good with celery.
