smoked bback ribs

fired up the bradley smoker yesterday, after rubbing ribs with fresh garlic and
olive oil and letting them set in fridge all nite, then put on our rib rub the next
morning, put them in smoker with pecan smoke pucks for 3hrs at 210
degress, then wrapped ribs in foil and back in smoker for another 3 hrs, after
that slapped on the sweet baby rays bbq sauce, cooked for 15 mins, then
added another coat of bbq sauce, then let them sit on counter for 15 mins
before serving, hmmmm it so good, cnx gal opps, had to edit this in, i brush
on orange pop every hour for basting.
