nfusionnova com has NO phone number to contact them and only after through paypal did I get a refund after emailing them through paypal that they were not an authorized dealer so my receiver had no factory warranty, and nfusons home page did not list them all though there site said they were an authorized dealer. they did not return any of my emails, I only had the first on that confirmed my order, there site looks very legit and makes you think your on nfusions site.

Well there is a lot of opinoions and we are glad you posted your's..
some members and personal friends of mine are very happy with there infusions.
but I have heard of others that they are unhappy ....but to get to the point this is a hobby and there is no warranties .....unless you have a legitimate dealer in your town...I personally have 3 Cw dealers and there on the legitimate cw site. and I had problems with remote controls and bad boxes and they have exchange them for me at no cost...with out questions....I don't beleve that everyone would be the same do....best of luck on your future encounters....

The complaint was about a site that sold nfusions and other recievers, why they used
nfusions name on there web sites name is maybe to get more sales. Authorized deales have phone numbers to contact them , the site I complained about had no phone number and if it was not for me paying with paypal I would probably lost my money
