This outfit is not one I'll ever deal with again, if you have any doubts just check with the Better Business Bureau as they have now accumulated one more unresolved consumer action which has been ongoing for over a year. There are several things you should know, first, they have 2 locations, 1 in Canada and another in the USA. Despite it's webpage which gives it the appearance it is a big company, in actuality, it's run out of a post office box in the middle of nowhere near Coquitlam. It cost me over a hundred dollars and never, ever received anything. Placing an order will instantly qualify you for a 25 percent loss + additional restocking + handling or whatever other fees they want to stick you with.
