bin file invalid

Hello. I am new to all this and to Pete's so any help would be good...thanks in advance.

I connected my laptop to the Pansat 2700A receiver with the female-female cable and am using the loader. When I select the bin file, and click "download", i get Invalid BIN File error.

Is there something wrong with the file, loader, or my receiver?

Make sure you are using loader version 27.02, and that your receiver is at boot version b75.
