Can I just get all my drivers from Windows Update?

Just reformatted my PC with a fresh install of Vista. During Windows Update I got drivers for my motherboard (chipset) and graphics card. Is there any advantage to getting the official driver packages from NVidia for nForce and GeForce anymore? Just want to be sure I've got what I need for graphics rendering and gaming.

Drive updates are best direct from the manufacturer. Windows doesn't always identify the correct driver. I did an update for one of my pieces of hardware once, and it didn't work after the update and I had to download from the manufacturer to correct the mistake.
