Channel list all jumble up

Ok I bought me a SV 8000hd & ihub .I updated the ihub to 1.4 & have current file in box . but under sat list i have 91 110 119 Bev package & Echostar package when I use the either package the channels still all mixed up the only thing I hav'in tryed is to load a old file pre ihub ... but before I try that I thought one of my fellow members might see somthing I'm over looking ..I also picked up a Elite & a premium to do some testing they are still in boxes one at a time ...ok lets hear it what am I doing wrong .. PS all channel are working just not where I used to seeing them ..
