Sonicview 8000 face does not light up

Any ideas on what to do? Switch off/on, fan runs, green lights inside box light up, but nothing on the front panel - no channels - just stays black...

Could have burned out a diode. Try holding unplugging it for 30 seconds plug back in and hold down the power button on the front panel when you switch it on. If that fails to load the current factory bin via rs232 null cable to your computer.
