New Svlan Files Explained

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

From the Akai Japan Group!

1. Auto & Easy Upgrade to SVLan (Added)
This allows you to simply download the bin file to all 3 receivers and allow your receiver to update the newlink/ihub to svlan automatically.

Steps:
A. Download newest bin file to receiver with usb thumb drive then power off receiver.

B. Hook up your ihub/newlink to the receiver and power the receiver back on. If you have a newer ihub/newlink file it will automatically start updating your hub to a SV Lan.

C. If it does not update that means that you have a older hub file and will be able to load the v43 file with wiznet. It will then be updated by the receiver to SV lan v4.8.

2. Public & Private conflicts (Fixed)
This makes it so you do not have to switch ip addresses every time you go back and forth. Also makes it so that nobody will have to enter the ipaddress in private to get their public working. Basically they do not affect each other anymore.

3. Reset All Ip config settings in Installation Menu (Added)
Now you can reset all ip config settings by going into the installation menu. Remember that this will reset public and private though. So if you have information you want to save write it down or do not reset the ipconfig.

4. Serial Number or Des key entry (Fixed)
Some people were having problems entering a serial number or des keys. This problem has been solved.

Need a little help. I have the SV-360 premire reciever and have been running SVlan. But for the last few days I haven't been able to pick up anything. I usually rely on a friend to help me but he's out of town. Is there a new update available to get me going again? Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
