We are up and running smooth again.

Well we already know the bad news; we were down yesterday April 13th 2011.

So we will go directly to the good news.

The reason why we were down is because another BEV server was added. However the junior administrator did not configure the server correctly and it conflicted with the DN servers. This is why everything was shut down. Now that the senior administrator fixed the problem everything will be great again.


We will have an update when the BEV servers will be added properly in the next few days.

Once again Akai Japan thanks you for your support and will strive to make sure you have the best support!

Go to coolsatellite site an order the codes for your receiver.

You failed to post what receiver you have ---So that is the best I can do for you with the info you posted.

Last bin/file for 360P is file 29, Japan server no longer in business, you'll need a paid private server. They are so many to chose form. Good luck.
