[Problem!] Duplicate and missing channels on my SV-360 Premier

Why is this happening? And how can I Fix this channel duplication problem? I didn't have this problem with my Pansat.

I'm also missing some channels like ESPN, ESPN2, CNN etc.

I have many, many channels but I'm missing a few. Please help!

I have a SV-360 Premier with a legacy LNB

Here's my settings:

delete your current channels go to factory default and select channels only

then rescan the sat's make sure you are in lnb 1 for 119w and lnb 2 for 110w

and only scan them one at a time make sure you did not select the same sat twice this is the only way you will get duplicate channels.........
