ST. LOUIS, May 13 (UPI) -- Jeff Keppinger's three-run double highlighted a five-run fourth inning Wednesday and Houston built a big lead en route to a 9-6 decision over St. Louis.

The Astros owned a 9-1 advantage through 5 1/2 innings and held on to win their third straight after losing 11 out of 12.

Wandy Rodriguez (2-4) worked six innings to pick up his first road victory since last July. He surrendered five hits and five runs after giving up 19 hits and 10 runs over his previous two starts.

Houston broke a 1-1 tie with its big fourth inning. After Keppinger produced his bases-loaded double, Lance Berkman hit a two-run homer. Berkman walked in his other four plate appearances.

Albert Pujols drove in two runs for St. Louis, which lost for the sixth time in eight games.

Kyle Lohse (0-3) was roughed up for nine runs on 10 hits in five-plus innings. He is the only St. Louis starter without a win this season.
