ANAHEIM, Calif., (UPI) -- Brett Cecil held the Los Angeles Angels scoreless on two hits and two walks over 7 1/3 innings Monday and the Toronto Blue Jays pounded out a 6-0 win.

Cecil (4-2) struck out three, and relievers Jason Frasor and Scott Downs kept the shutout going for the Jays, who won their second straight following three straight losses. Adam Lind had two hits and two RBI and also scored a run scored for Toronto, which also got an RBI and a run scored from Vernon Wells.

Joe Saunders (3-6) took the loss, giving up three runs on four hits and five walks, with six strikeouts in 6 1/3 innings.

Hideki Matsui, Torii Hunter and Kevin Frandsen each had for the Angels, who lost for the third time in four games.
