CINCINNATI, (UPI) -- Aaron Harang notched his third win and drove in the go-ahead run with an RBI single Monday to pace the Cincinnati Reds to a 7-5 win over Pittsburgh.

Harang (3-5) stroked a single to drive in Jay Bruce and put the Reds up for good at 3-2, part of a five-run fourth inning that broke the game open.

The Reds right-hander got the win, surrendering five runs on eight hits over 6 1/3 innings. Francisco Cordero collected his 15th save of the year by hurling a scoreless ninth.

Drew Stubbs went 3-for-4 with a solo homer and two RBI for Cincinnati and Orlando Cabrera collected three hits and knocked in a run as the Reds won for the third time in four games to pull into a tie with idle St. Louis atop the National League Central.

Brian Burres (2-2) absorbed the loss for Pittsburgh, yielding five runs on five hits over 3 2/3 innings.

Ronny Cedeno hit a two-run homer and Delwyn Young went 3-for-5 with a pair of RBI for the Pirates.
